We get it, $585 sounds like a lot to spend for Karaoke. Here's a few reasons why we've set our price this way:
Music
Our Karaoke library is unparalleled in size, range of options, and how frequently it is updated. The library covers over 100 years of music from dozens of genres and hundreds of artists. Unlike most songs played in Karaoke bars or available on YouTube, our music is 100% legally licensed.
iPad & Interface
The included iPad controls most functions of the system, using our Healsonic app. Search and que songs, manage the playlist, play, pause, restart, or skip songs, and more. After a 60 second demonstration, it's simple enough for children to use. The Healsonic app is also available for download to a compatible smartphone.
Languages
Our Karaoke library is one of the most language inclusive available, with support for nearly 15 languages. Depending on the language, additional content may be available that is not originally in English. This is available upon request, so please ask.
Delivery
Included in every Karaoke package rental is delivery, setup, and pickup by one of our trained team members. You won't have to touch or worry about anything. After setup, we test the system and provide a quick demo. Once your rental ends, we'll come back for tear down and removal.
Customer Service
We offer multiple stages of customer experience to provide the best support possible. Contacting us will put you in touch with an Account Executive who will work with you to iron out the details, answer questions, and arrange payment. After confirming your rental, our Project Management team becomes available for any and all event related concerns. On the day of your event, the delivery team will contact you to confirm delivery, setup, and pickup information. Although rare, tech issues can happen. We have a phone tech support line available from 11am to 2am, 7 days per week, that can work to provide a solution.
Here's how our Karaoke system works:
The PC contains the music library of karaoke songs. An internet router connected to the PC creates a private local Wi-Fi network. The iPad connects to the PC using this Wi-Fi connection. The iPad is the main point of control for the karaoke system. Healsonic, the iPad app, allows you to search for songs, then add them to a playlist. The playlist is where song requests are added and played automatically. Healsonic can also control playback functions, such as play, pause, restart, skip, & more. A small TV screen on a 4' tall stand displays the lyrics for the song currently playing. This TV is connected to the PC. Two wireless microphones are connected to a microphone receiver. The output of the mic receiver, as well as the output from the PC (the music) is connected to the Mixer / Amplifier. This amp finally sends the mixed audio, from the mics and the music, to the speakers. Volume is controlled from the mixer.
The heart of our Karaoke system is a small computer. It contains the music library, runs the Karaoke software, outputs video to the TV (for lyrics), and outputs audio to the mixer. The PC is entirely controlled from an iPad, using an app called Healsonic. A combination Mixer / Amplifier handles all things audio, including receiving input from the PC and Microphones, sending audio and power to the Speakers, and providing volume control.
